Refund Policy
Conditions and timelines for refunding purchased digital resources.
Products sold are digital files delivered immediately. This policy sets out the cases giving rise to a refund.
1. Cases eligible for a refund
- The file is corrupted, unreadable or incomplete and could not be replaced.
- The content delivered manifestly does not match the product description.
- Payment was charged twice for the same order.
- Payment was charged but no download link was sent within 48 hours.
2. Cases not eligible
- The document was downloaded and matches its description.
- Results obtained on the farm differ from the indicative figures given: these depend on soil, climate, variety and crop management.
- Purchase mistake after the file has actually been downloaded.
3. Requesting a refund
Write to contact@agricultureaucameroun.net within 14 days of purchase, quoting the order reference, the number used for payment and the reason.
4. Processing time
Requests are reviewed within 7 working days. If accepted, the refund is made to the original payment method within 14 working days. Any mobile money operator fees remain that operator's responsibility.
